
ITCA Structure:
ITCA is managed by a board of directors consists of nine efficient members chosen by voting besides some permanent committees which help in managing the association affairsITCA Vision:
ITCA vision totally depends on the importance of the individual-development to develop the whole society and the term individual-development (even if he/she is an employee, fresh graduate or student) is a comprehensive one which has many elaborations in many aspects and methods of development
For an employee; individual-development obligates working on special programs related to development of the employee technical skills and to confirm the current knowledge about what exists regarding his/her profession to form a base by which he/she can apprehend not only what comes next but also searching for what is new and broadening his/her intellectual capacities to the extent which will allow for invention and self-development in addition to experience exchanging, guiding and even managing others if needed
For fresh graduates; their development is based on qualifying them according to the market needs for each specialty via integrated programs which will broaden their intellectual capacities, glaze their technical skills following the market needs and give them self-confidence through developing their personalities and communication skills in addition to work with them as integrated teams to apprehend the market fluctuations or at least to realize them and to know how to deal with them
For a student; development comes through using his/her full powers and directing them to activate his/her talents, broaden and glaze his/her intellectual capacities to realize what surrounds him/her. For us; we should set the programs which guarantee the designation and developing of each talent gradually and to work on achieving balance between the talent aspect and the skills development in the subsidiary aspects which are needed by every individual in the community
IT field is the broadest and the most comprehensive one in communities’ development; it’s a stand-alone filed which could be studied and work at as a specialty with many subsidiaries of minute, high-tech, intellectual, technological and executive specialties. Also it’s a subsidiary field for other fields such as industrial field and production in general or in facilitating, organizing and fastening the data access procedures or knowledge spreading through the ease of use or even as a basic mean of education, elaboration and interactive presentations in all fields
And here comes the rule of the ITCA in spreading the technological awareness and setting the training programs which guarantee achieving their objectives in a vital part of community development through qualifying the IT professionals as a part of the community to promote the IT field and to prepare them for having the ability for qualifying others and so on.
ITCA Objectives:
- Strengthening the practical and scientific skills of the IT professionals to comply with the basic market needs in the IT field
- Improving the IT professionals’ performance through supporting them in developing their skills to give better results in all aspects of the IT field
- Achieving the ability of the ITCA member for producing a well-prepared and well-programmed product which can endure in the IT market
- Creating a new generation of trained and qualified participants to compete within the international IT market
Methods for objectives achievement:
- Supporting and developing the technical and informational aspects for the IT professionals
- Increasing the awareness by the role of IT and the IT professionals
- Organizing and holding scientific forums and conferences regarding the IT and providing experience exchanging with related associations and authorities in addition to fairs holding to help in giving knowledge about what is new
- Collecting beneficial information or researches related to IT and communications and re-publishing them via newsletters, special printings or the internet
- Establishing training courses to train the IT professionals and other individuals
- Consolidating the relationships among the association members and helping in spreading knowledge among them
- Working in protecting the association members’ interests according the association objectives
- Helping the association members in knowing the available financing programs given by the donors authorities
- Joining peculiar unions which comply with the association activities
